Just noticed some avatars are missing including my own:

But, then, some are not. What's up?

OK, I went to Forum Prefs and reloaded my avatar and now its back.

Was it just me...or is it system wide?

hmmm, that's odd. I haven't noticed anything lately, but will take a closer look.
