
Mobihand Website malfunction
Yesterday, I attempted two times to purchase Card Reader at
Mobihand's website. Each time, their website inticated that my credit card was refused. So I called my credit card company ans asked them if all was well. They told me, "Yes."
Finally, I wrote to their feedback address the following:

everything is fine. You apparently have a problem processing credit
cards.
Please look into your site.

I do not believe I entered any card code in incorrectly.
Last evening, my credit card company called me and told me that they thought someone was fraudulently trying to use my card, as there were three $11.95 charges on it from the same source.
Obviously, MobiHand has my money. But I have no software. I wrote Mr. Dijmarescu back explaining that. I have heard nothing so far.
I'm wondering if someone is tapping into their website...
In the meantime, I'm offering a warning that something seems amiss there.
