Error Message - MMS attachment exceeds limits set. ??

I've gotten an error the last few days when someone has sent me a picture in a MMS. The error says the attachment exceeds the size limit I have set. I can't find where I set an attachment size download limit, and I can't find anywhere in the manual how to change this. Has anyone else seen this? Please direct me.
