voice dialing and recording

I'm thinking of moving from my Treo 650 to the Palm treo Pro.

Does anyone know if this comes with voice dialing capabilities built in ?

and, does it have short note recording built in?

I use ACT as my database....and assume that is available as an add on?

Lastly....I have the HP 12-C on my treo...and also assume this can be added
