Softick Commander and OS/X 10.4.11

Hi all,

I am considering Softick Commander and I am wondering if it's the right tool for moving files to and fro via Bluetooth. I have used the demo and I may be missing steps with respect to Palm techniques, Mac steps or even Bluetooth File Exchange. Anyway, I'd like to transfer files, folders and perhaps even multiple files from different folders between the Mac and Palm. So, how can I properly use Softick Commander or, just perhaps, is Softick BlueFiles more suited for what I'm trying to accomplish?
