Tungsten T3 power problem

I have a Tungsten T3. It will not turn on nor can it be hardset. Nothing happens. It can, however, be turned on if it is in it's cradle and on two occasions recently, I've lost all information when battery is charging. It reverts to being brand new! Help, can something be done? Thank you.

Try performing a soft-reset while in the charger. You might have a bad battery. If you are handy with electronics, the battery is replaceable.
