Hey zinzan, I didn't know you were into publishing your own music!?

From the dottunes website FAQ:

Quote:
Is this legal?
Yes. You are in control of the music you publish. DOT.TUNES was created by a group of professional musicians who use DOT.TUNES to share work-in-progress and original compositions. For example, you can create a track in GarageBand and use DOT.TUNES to make the track available to friends and family. Just make sure you own the copyright on any files you publish.

So, technically, you cannot \"listen to your music library on your PDA\" unless it is a library you own all the copyrights to.

:? Yes, of course I publish my own music! :?

And the music I haven't published, I've bought I own therefore can listen to in any way I want - as long as its for my sole use? no?

interestingly music sales are down 20% this year.. maybe now things will be made a little more accessible..

I especially like the way dottune can be used to listen to your whole library from the ipod touch - makes the device useful! (if dottune works...

(Though i just bought a 160GB iPod Classic so my needs are covered!)

I don't think you've bought what you think you've bought.
