I was checking out the Nokia site to see if they had posted anything new about the availability of the 770 and as a matter of course I clicked on \"Spotlight\":
http://www.nokia.com/nokia/0,,75030,00.html
This marketing material looks new to me. Very targeted as to the audience for this and successor tablets. Perhaps I just missed it when it came out . . .

No 770 news yet, but I've just been introduced to TETRA, via Nokia getting a contract and having the first TETRA terminal for sale...

I think this also illustrates how broad Nokia's business is.

 Re:
You pocket loving person. I am still waiting for the day I don't have to carry lots of heavy books in my backpack at college. I can't get the \"couch browsing\" site to work.
I already have a pda, laptop, and desktop computer. I want a Motion sized device that is around $500 or less. That day still hasn't come.
Oh and thanks for the mentions on your blog.

I don't see what's funny. PalmOS *is* dead. All we're left with is Infinite Garnet! PalmSource has stolen the OS and ditched PDAs for illusory smartphones (like they have a chance against Nokia?!!?).
The 770 comes at a perfect time. I expect *tons* of Palm users to switch to it. People like me who will *never* go to PPC, because we've tried it and found it to be a piece of crap.
