Palm application is crashing unexpectedly

We are porting Windows-Mobile application on Palm. Any help in following regards is highly appericiated.
1. Could you let me know the way to debug palm application on device,We are referring to the doccuments for the same but it is not much helpful and informative.
2. Application is crashing abruptly at various locations while dealing with camera and procceing captured data but we can not conclude the exact reason. Is their any issues if we process captured data?
3. Is their any kind of limitations for palm applications,So that we can go through by resolving those issues.
