 Palm SDK/IDE for Mac

Post Palm SDK/IDE for Mac
I've got some ideas of applications to write for the Palm and want to develop them on my Mac (MacBook running 10.4) but I can't find anything. Everything I find is PC or over 3 years old. Is anyone doing this? How? What are you using for the SDK and IDE?

If it's not possible/available, then maybe running Parallels and using the PC kits would work - yes it would probably be slow, but, would it work?
