Customer signature

I am trying to find a program (free is good) that I can create a daily ticket and have the customer sign it, and be able to fax or email it. I am using a internet connected Centro and I use trustfax to do faxing on my home computer, so I could use it on my phone. I can create the form on sheet to go but don't have anyway for them to sign it. I can create a pdf but can't edit it or sign it. I can create a form that can be signed on open office draw but can't use it on the palm. I've got graffitti anywhere but that doesn't help any. I downloaded Signature ++ but I can't find anyway to integrate it into a document.

Any ideas? Don't tell me create a custom app. If that's what I've got to do, fine. Tell me what program to create it with.

But it seems more than slightly frustrating that a \"smartphone\" that I can write on can't be used to sign documents. That seems like such a basic task for a device used by so many business people. I can't find anything, anywhere acceptable.

You are not allowed to use the signature images without linking to http://www.spyber.com
Do not copy and paste the image itself, since it wont work then..
You have to use the BBCode or HTML code listed above unmodified.
The only modification you are allowed to do is to make the link open in a new window (target="_blank")

You're using the images at your own risk (even if there should be none... )
