how the hell do you get the iron pole thing???! I'm guessin you have to use the iron but I don't know what to do with it... Please help. Ayudarme por favor!

Nvm about my last post but I'm stuck at the part where yu bend the pole. What exactly do you do after it's bent?

How do I get the mayor to allow me to dig up the mosaic. It's still day and I know I need permission from him. He's stopped talking, but I don't even have the option to ask him for permission to dig. Help PLEASE!

Do I need the sickle from the old man? If so, how do I get it?

Punchie, did you figure out the next step yet?

If not, take the rotten drink and put it in the flower at the port.
Paint the flower red with the paintbrush. (you get the paintbrush by showing the painter the spiral)
Talk to the boy next to the girl beside the painter. Give him the flower.
He will give you the disk from the statue. Hit the bird with the disk.
Pick up the nuts from the people listening to the mayor. Then, give the nuts to the waitress. She will give you some sodas. Give these to the fishermen.

That's where I'm stuck! Aggg!

Port-
Pour philosopher’s drink on flower pot. Flower dies, take flower.
Go to Fira

Fira-
Help little boy play prank on little girl by using Artist’s brush to paint dead flower, then give them flower
Boy plays prank








Talk to boy, he will now help you get discus from statue. Throw discuss at bird and you will catch him







Go to mayor. Release bird. Pick up nuts dropped by the crowd. Mayor will talk to you now.
Go to Caldera










Caldera-
Give nuts to waitress, she will give you a drink.
Go to Port






Port-
Give drink to thirsty fisherman. He will give you scissors or knife……….Cut sails on boat so it can sail. Catch a ride to Volcano

After you have spoken to Mayor, night will fall on Port. Use Ambrosia on yourself to give yourself the power to dig. You will dig up weapon. Go back to Fira






Fira-
Threaten Mayor with weapon, he will open roads.
go to Monolith








Monolith-

Look around













Find pestle in bush.
go to Oia







Oia-
Give salesman something (can't remember what) and he will give you stone pot.












Give lotus flower ambrosia and it will ripen and let you cut it.
go to Thirasia


Thirasia-

Look around; talk to bird













Take some iron
go to Volcano




Volcano

Put iron and lotus juice in pot, heat in small river of lava in second screen, behind bird. Iron melts.










Take iron to first screen by philosopher and pour into crevice. Talk to philosopher. Her will cool it for you, and you get iron pole.
go to Oia









Oia
Give man some lotus juice, he will give you blanket
go to Monolith








Monolith-
Put iron pole in hole beneath platform
Ask little boy to climb












He can't climb so use spiral, game will take it apart and create springs for little boy to jump on; he gets to platform.




Put coin (I think waitress in Caldera gives it to you; does anyone remember?) on hole in rock. You will find 2 sheilds

Take shields, use blanket to clean dirty shield and put it on statue.

I think there's a step missing between talking to the mayor and night falling. I have cut the sails and am talking to the mayor, but he keeps saying that it's too dangerous to open the roads and that I cannot go sail to the volcano during his campaign. I'm missing something. Please help! I've been stuck on this part for days!

Sorry, can't remember how to get night to fall...........You can't dig up weapon until it does, and you need weapon to get mayor to open roads. Try talking to everyone in the port again, including the lazy worker, then leave port talk to the mayor; I think he has to give you permission to dig on the mosaic............you either have to give him or the lazy worker something, sorry I don't remember what, just keep trying your inventory

Akrotiri -
Talk to the old guy, learn his grapes need sun
talk to the donkey
Go west to temple
talk to pushup priest
collect rocks from ground on bottom of screen
go back to beach

Beach -
give rocks to man to cure his boredom
take the mirror
go back to Akrotiri

Akrotiri -
go to temple
put mirror inside hole in the rock to shine light on the grapes
go back to old man
take a cluster of grapes
put grapes in winepress
get in winepress, dance around
turn on spigot
get wine jug
go back to temple
give wine to priest
talk to priest, he won't recognize you because you're dusty

beach -

On second map, need help at amphitheater. I insult wrestlers, but get no chance to choose a plan. What am I missing?

I´ve read already some days in this forum and found some good hints. Thank you very much. Now I registered because I´m also stuck. I´m at the end of 2nd map (I think so). I put the shield on the statue at Monolith und bent the iron pole on the rock on the island and put the skull on top. But I can´t put the second shield on it because it has a hole. I think I must put the medaillon in the hole (?!) but I used the medaillon as accumulator for my weapon. Can I separate the medaillon and the weapon again? How? Please give me a hint. Thank you all very much for any help.

EDIT 28.3.09: O.K....I solved the problem myself. It was not the medaillon which I had to put in the shield.
