For the technically challenged (i.e. me), is it likely that Tealscript will work on the TX? I tried searching for Tealscript/T5 information in past posts but bogged down before I found a clear answer. Thanks.

cnegrad;

Any issues yet with G1 interfering with Blazer text entry? Keep us posted. I'm gonna give it a shot this weekend!

No text related problems as of yet, but admittedly I'm not a hardcore user. To the person who previously mentioned these problems: Can you re-create these problems on various websites? If not, then perhaps the issue is related to how that particular site is coded.

As far as other Blazer problems go, tell me what to look for and I'll give it a shot.

This problem appears to be on any text field on the LD. The last page I reproduced this problem on was the default home page: http://mobile.palm.com.

Potter,

You're absolutely right. For higher visibility, I've started a new thread about it:

http://www.palminfocenter.com/forum/vie ... 031#162031

The operative question is, can anyone verify if this happens with Grafitti 2?

Post How to remove the G1 Libraries once installed?
So, for those of us who have installed the G1 libraries on our TX's and want to try to go back to G2 to see if it resolves some of the problems we have been having, how do we do it?

The clean boot (Up button held down during a reset) is not releasing the libraries so that they may be deleted with FileZ. Any suggestions that I may just not know about because I have been out of the loop for so long?

Thanks

Rusty
(Not the real \"PalmAddict\", didnt realize there was a site with the same name when I registered with the moniker).

It works perfectly on my TX and is streets ahead of either G1 or G2.

Post Does not work on z22; works on TX (without T3-mode Power48)
I installed on a z22 and it crashes with \"meshed/slashed\" screen once you touch the abc/123 silk screen. Did hard-reset to cleared up the NVFS but maybe a soft reset is enough after deleting those two G1 driver files using filez. We need something a little different for z22 (if possible, considering that machine is \"crippled/cheapened\" by palmone on purpose in many ways).

Confirmed it works on TX great! Thanks a million to Igor!
However, one little problem exists:
First I installed it on a TX having Power48's 320x480 \"T3 mode\" enabled (
http://www.mobilevoodoo.com/power48.htm
) but G1 crashes showing only 320x320 screen and the virtual graffiti slikscreen is missing. Nothing to bring it out. Hard-reset.

Post No Workaround
Forum newbie here ... y'all got my hopes up for G1 on the TX! Did the procedure, worked great except in Blazer as noted by \"potter\" earlier. I thought I could tap up the keyboard and use it for Blazer text entry instead of using G1 as a workaround, but no dice -- automatic soft reset as soon as the entered text exceeded the default field length :^( Here's hoping Igor is willing to figure out a way to deal with this little issue so all of us Luddite G1 fans can get some relief!
