I've added my gmail contacts to my pre - now am trying to clean up some redundant gamil contacts - I've done it in gmail, but the changes aren't reflected in the pre. Should I only be fixing the Pre contacts or is there an option to fix the gmail on their site then purge the Pre contacts and re-import? Thanks ahead.

Then make sure it's as you want it to be in your contacts within the actual Web site, and then re-sync your phone with said service.
