Who can help me recognizing two files in Treo 680

I'm using Treo 680 for days, and its ROM is China Mobile customized. after doing a hard reset and delete all the apps added by China Mobile, I found two unknown (Resco Explorer recognized them as 'Unknown') files in RAM and also in Delete list (not appeared in Uninstall Manager list). I searched both ROM and RAM, no application using the same Creator ID as theirs (I'm not sure if they belongs to any of the China Mobile apps).

Does it mean I can delete them safely?
Can anyone tell me what are these files and what they do?
Does your Treo 680 has these two files too?
