HotSync

I have tried to get help from Sony but can't get passed their phone system. My SJ30 has been really good but the batteries ran downwhilst I was away and all detail was lost. I am trying to HotSync with my computer to back it up but it keeps telling me the port is in use by another operation even when the Clie is disconnected from any wires. Can anybody help me please?

You also may lose your hotsync name. When you are trying to Hotsync on the computer the computer needs the driver of the clie found on the installation cd or if possible in the C part of your hardrive in programs under either sony or sony pda folder.

If you lost your installation cd you may have to go to sonyclie.org
