Sony Clie nx70v + Audio Player

I just reactivated my Clie since i want to use it as an e-reader and updated drivers and everything else downloadable in the sony center update zone.

Here is my problem:

I have a sony m2 micro card 1.GB where mp3s are uploaded and I managed to put the mp3s in the right directory so the Audio Player finds them. Now every time I try to play those mp3s the player just plays a few seconds and continues through all the mp3s, again only a few seconds from the beginning of each song till the end and stops.

Any suggestions dear beautiful sirs and smart ladies?
