Stowaway Keyboard for Clié in June

Targus Japan has announced that a version of the Stowaway folding keyboard that works with the new Sony Clié N700C and the older Clié's too will be available in Japan in June. They have not yet released a price. There was also no mention of when these might be available in other countries, which isn't surprising considering Sony hasn't announced when the N700C would be on sale outside of Japan, either.

Targus Japan is already offering the Visor version of the Stowaway and versions for most Palm Powered models are available in the U.S.

The Stowaway keyboard, developed by Think Outside and also sold as the Palm Personal Keyboard, unfolds to be 13.8 inches by 5.1 inches and weighs less than half a pound. It is powered by the handheld.

Clie in UK??

I'm not sure if this has been mentioned anywhere but are there any plans to sell the Clie in the UK. I have just seen the new M5XX series and personaly I think that the Sony PDAs look much better.

Wow, I have been waiting for the Clie to arrive in the UK. The website, however, has no mention of pricing/availability - the relevant page is blank

Anyone have any ideas on where I could get one?

Hold on! The Clie on the UK website is the older model(the PEG-N300). The new Clie PEG-N700C is not available outside Japan yet. Do get the PEG-N300 thinking that its the new model.

If you are talking about the new N700C, I don't think anyone knows when it going to be available anywhere but Japan because I don't think even Sony knows. They are currently working to adapt the device for languages other than Japanese. When this is finished, they will release it. I doubt severely they are going to repeat Palm's mistake by promising a release date that they end up missing.
