SplashID v4.03 Released

SplashID Palm Software SplashData are really making up for not updating SplashID for a two-year period, as the past month has seen the release of the latest version 4.0 of the app along with several subsequent updates. The latest revision, v4.03, dated July 27th 2007, brings mostly bug fixes to the desktop component of the application.

A full list of the bugfixes, including fixes to keyboard shortcuts, password bugs, and auto-fill labels, can be found on the release notes page here. No updates to the Palm device’s executable of the program have been made in this version. Also note that the program’s desktop component is still Windows-based only; a Mac version of 4.x is in development and is promised for later this year.

SplashID v.4.03 is available now for $29.95. A free 30-day trial version is available for download. It supports most devices with Palm OS 4.0 or later and its desktop components are fully Windows Vista-compatible.
