Good, a certified partner in the Oracle PartnerNetwork will now offer its customers seamless access to Oracle's enterprise-class mobile web services and business applications.

Not necessarily, RIM is going to the Supreme Court over their patent infringments. I see a nice spanking comming their way quickly.

They will win their NTP patent case. Not that they don't deserve to lose, though. RIM tried to use their own sleazy patents a few years ago to stifle the competition. US patent laws are a joke.
