Pilot or Child

As I was standing on the concrete floor in my garage holding my Palm Pilot Professional, my 18 month old daughter decided to play "Catch me Daddy" in order to catch her in her surprise jump, I had to drop my Pilot. It died of deceleration trauma as it hit the concrete. In retrospect, it would have been a more economical decision to hold on to the Pilot and let the child fall. Emergency room visits are $50 while it cost me $100 to repair the Pilot. (Of course, I would never let my child get hurt to save my Pilot, not even the Palm IIIx I just upgraded to.
