At least somebody cares enough to offer support for the edge.

I would have to agree! The Edge is a great unit... I am baffled as to why there is not more discussion about it.

I don't get it...

It seems to me that people have gone to a great deal of trouble and expense to cram more and more functionality into a small form-factor device. Despite the not-so-bright screen, I for one am extremely satisfied with my palm m505 because I get acceptable color and excellent expansion capability, in such a slim little package which fits in my shirt pocket without making me look like a geek.

So here's the question: what's the deal with these cases which take a sleek little device and turn them into a chunky thing which needs to be worn on a belt. What's the point? If I was going to carry it on my belt, I'd get a Clie 710 or a Prism. I actually would like something that offers better protection than the stock screen protector which comes with the m505, but...I don't want to give up on carrying the thing in my shirt pocket. Is there anything out there which provides this?

Final!
