Power On Software has released Now Up-to-Date & Contact 4.2 for Mac OS X, which lets this calendar and contact manager synchronize with a Palm. -Ed

heFontMapper, a new app that allows some standard resolution programs to work in HandEra's high-resolution mode, will let the Kodak PalmPix camera work with the HE330. -Brock

Palm Daily News is a free newsletter related to the Palm platform distributed through email. -Ross

RealNetworks will distribute many of Astraware’s game titles for Palm OS handhelds through its RealArcade game distribution platform. Games that will first be available include: Bejeweled, Alchemy, Seven Seas, Atomica, Collapse and Text Twist. Each will sell for $15. Astraware plans to provide additional ones for RealArcade in the near future. The games will now be available to download through the RealArcade software, and at the RealArcade site. -PR

The latest version of PDASecure can now protect data stored on IBM's MicroDrive line of hard drives that fit in a CompactFlash Type II slot. PDASecure allows users to encrypt data, either in full or only securing to specific files. -PR

That's fun! I like the mini lite too. I've really gotten used to having a little light on my key ring lately. StylusCentral is a good place to shop. (No I don't work for them. :-)

Looks like someone finally got this done, no thanks to Kodak. I emailed Kodak requesting, demanding, and finally begging only to receive canned responses that didn't tell me anything.

I just tried this out... works like a charm. I don't know all the options yet, but the preview shows up as a smaller box in the upper left hand side of the display (about 1/4 of the screen or so).

Cool!

I will be giving my shareware $$$ to this person. Thank you.
