SnapNType Keyboard Available for Samsung Smartphone
TT Tech Limited has released the SnapNType T121 thumb-board, a clip-on keyboard for the Samsung SPH-I300 Palm OS smartphone. The T121 snaps on to the bottom of SPH-I300, allowing users to type emails and SMS messages with a QWERTY keyboard. It is available now for $60.
The keyboard clips onto the HotSync port of the I300, covering the hardware buttons and the microphone, and allowing the user to type with their thumbs. It doesn't require a battery.
Though the T121 covers the hardware buttons, it includes replacement buttons for them.
Its driver has a small built-in app called the FaceBoard, which lets users quickly enter emoticons in their emails and SMS messages. It is also the way some less-used punctuation is typed.
TT Tech Limited makes versions of the SnapNType for the Palm m500 series and the Visor line.
