HandSpring files for IPO

Handspring announced today that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering of its Common Stock. All the shares will be offered by Handspring and Credit Suisse First Boston will lead manage the underwriting group. You can find the press release on yahoo.
