OK - here is a 2004 review for you.

Welchs Concord Grape Juice, expiry date May12, 2004.A wonderful fruity beverage high in sugar content with no tanines present. After taste reminiscent of peaches and fresh hay. Not as good as the May10 2004 vintage, but bodes well for the upcoming season.

Actually, cellaring guides are appropriate for new vintages. Something beyond "refrigerate after opening".
