SelectCam Palm SoftwareSelectCam is a improved video-camera application for Palm OS devices. It allows users to capture higher quality video with many more options than the standard Palm application. All parameters can be adjusted, yet it remains easy to use: a single control on the main form can select the best possible quality, the most compact file size, or anything in between. Videos are encoded using the MPEG-4 Part 2 codec, which is more efficient than the H.263 codec used by Camcorder on most devices. The latest version adds the ability to directly upload to YouTube and improves operations on the Centro.

SelectCam v1.2.1 for Palm OS is available now with a free trial period. It costs $14.00 USD to register and is compatible with most Palm devices with a built in camera.
