It's not really a PalmPilot, but here's a picture of my dead Rex. The story is as simple as it is stupid: Rex was in the pocket of my jeans, I sat on the jeans when they were lying on my bed, Rex dead. He was dearly missed, until I bought a Palm V. Never looked back, until I saw your page.
