you know me as a person who rarely rants-but this move is totaly fuxated. Offer the users a web page and ditch the manual! The manual that shipped with my Tungstens was a joke and nothing else. When I buy a 400$ handheld, I want a printed, bound manual.
While a web page may be nice, what do users do that purchase their Palm and don't have internet access?
