On May 10, the Los Angeles Palm User Group (LAPUG) hosts speaker Utena Yokoshima, Regional Sales Manager, AT&T Business Unit, Research In Motion Limited. Expect lively discussion of RIM/Blackberry technology, comparing it with what Palm offers.

LAPUG, recently resurrected last October, meets in Santa Monica, California, the second Saturday of each month. All interested in Palm and competing handheld devices are welcome to share in discussions. The agenda and further meeting details are discussed in the LAPUG Yahoo group.

I "found" a Blackberry 92 series RIM and yes they did a good job in copying the best stuff on a Palm. Rim keeps moving on while Palm is hibernating. Maybe I'll report back on how the discussion will go (a two hour meeting with a possible post discussion elsewhere)

I know Tamspalm's user group has quit a meeting going on....
