Comments on: Free Edition of Call Block Released

Wish Solutions has released a new free edition of its Call Block software for Palm OS smartphones. Call Block Free Edition is a simple yet effective tool to block and filter unsolicited and unwanted incoming calls and sms messages. The software uses a background blocking method to not interrupt you when blocked calls come in. The free version lets you block up to five callers.

Call Block Free Edition v2.0 is available now for Palm OS. Call Block MP3 Ringtone Edition for Palm OS offers more advanced blocking and reporting features in addition to mp3 ringtones. You can read our review of it here. It is also available for Windows Mobile.

tried the "free" version. After installing you need to reset, and when it comes back - viola! can't read your SD card anymore. In the author's defense, there is a notice hidden in the tips about possible incompatibilities with other programs. I don't have any interest in getting rid of callrec or whatever program it's not playing nice with. Disabled this thing, deleted and my SD card came back for use again.
