 Address Book/iCal

I hope they will be able to improve the double crappy Address Book and iCal conduits. It seems Tiger has improved the sync process so that I don't have a zillion duplicates or fields removed from the palm dbs because they don't exist in Address Book, there still doesn't seem to be syncing of categories.

Glad to see that they support the new OS already. I haven't tried hotsyncing since I installed Tiger, but I'm assuming that it will still work fine with my Palm Desktop.

What will convince me to upgrade to Mark/Space is if they manage to take advantage of spotlight to allow us to search PIM data. Right now spotlight lets me find calendar entries, addresses, e-mail, word docs, pictures, and more but it falls down in that I can't search the memos on my Palm.

Even better, if they could also get it to search ALL apps on my Palm, then I would be really impressed.

 Keep crashing!!

Well they have not impressed me this far. I bought it after reading the press release, but neither in 10.3 nor in 10.4 have I got it to work. It just keep crashing on me.

The software itself looks nice, with a good set of otion, but for me there is still two vital things missing:

1) To be able to sync my Treo 600 and my Macs
2) Delivering on promises. My old Palm sync stuff worked flawlessly. This just crashes.

...or is it just me?
