I downloaded the free trial and really liked the interface and the ability to sync with your itunes library, considering i own a mac. It also has the great feature of using your palm like a card reader and having the drive pop up on the desktop. The one thing that's going to keep me from buying this lack of 320x480 support for videos. Thats one thing that I need for my shows. Other than that everything is great.
