updated March 13th Splashblog has been acquired by blogging software company SixApart. Just recently, the SixApart logo was added to the mobile photoblogging website, however no official statement has been released by either company. Spalshblog started out as a new service for the Treo and other Palm devices from SplashData, it is also available for the Windows Mobile and Symbian platforms.

I wonder if a new level of pricing will be introduced by SixApart for SplashBlog users to keep the price point at $30/yr?

I think the limit for the free account is currently 500 photos, not 100.

That would make two relatively 'new' online technologies that I have come to depend upon that now has a very strong Yahoo! influence (the first was Konfabulator). This could be in response to Google's recent mobile online experience expansion.
