 Very Expensive...

Why is this software so expensive. I would be interested in this type of software for all of my passwords at work, but I use a free utility (Keyring) that works very well. While I would like to have the desktop function, this seems like a $9.95 type of program. No where near $30.

It is "expensive" precisely because of the desktop component of the software.
