"The Treo 700wx smartphone is the first Palm device to come localised with a Hebrew keyboard and language"

We have Treo 650 and 680 for ages now... there are 2 GSM cellular carriers in Israel, which means any unlocked Treo works here as well.
There's a localization to Hebrew from Paragon software (not excellent btw... but ok) and a new one just for the 680 which also comes with Hebrew letters on the keyboard. and besides, everyone in Israel speak English anyway...
so no, the Treo 700wx is definitely not the first :-)

p.s.
pele in Hebrew means wonder... so when the first (giant) Motorola cellulars came to Israel they called them wonder-phones :-) today it sounds lame i know... but it was cool back then.
