I was in my usual routine, just got showered and dressed, grabbed my Palm m505 off the counter and carried it to the bottom of the steps to go up to my Home Office. As I set the Palm on the Banister (just the right size to set there properly), it slipped out of its case and fell to my beautiful Pine Hardwood Floor.
I've had the Palm for four months and it has become indispensable to me, so I called Palm and arranged for an Advanced Replacement, $150 dollars total cost.
