Beautiful Impression of a Tire Track

While driving home from work the other night with my Palm m515 sitting next to me in the passenger seat, dressed in it's sleek black leather EB Slipper case, I had to make a sudden U turn. I heard a thump on the right side of the car, but didn't think anything of it. When I arrived home, I went around to the passenger side to unload all of my stuff from the passenger seat. Since it was late, I didn't take a full inventory of what I was removing from the car, but instead scoped it all up and went inside. As soon as I opened the door to the house, I was immediately informed that I must go to the grocery store. I set my stuff down and rushed there and back.

The next morning, I couldn't find my Palm. I assumed that I had left it in the car, or possibly back at the office. On my way out to the car, I found it sitting there, in the gravel, with a beautiful impression of a BF Goodrich P185 70R14 tire track design in the once smooth leather cover. It must have fallen between the door and the seat during the U turn, then to the driveway when I opened the door. Needless to say, the screen was broken. Fortunately, I had purchased a replacement service plan on it when I bought it from CompUSA. They gladly exchanged it for a new unit, no questions asked, and I was up and running again after the new unit's battery was charged. I was only out the cost of a new service plan.
