Did they say anything about price or when it will be available? Their Web site sure doesn't. --- Plenipotentiary Palm Infocenter RE: on display at Systems 2000I.M. Anonymous @ 11/9/2000 12:29:51 PM #

dont quote me on this, but.. packaged together with a Handspring Visor Deluxe and it will cost around 2200DM (German Marks). that would be around $963 price range (based on CNN travel exchange convertor). i was not that impressed to be honest. otherwise i would have photo's and a detailed report for you :)) however, $950-$1000 US for this? its quote expensive.. if they bundled it with a Prism, i would feel different :) PS: for some stupid reason, it wont realized i am logged on, so.. AC posting :))

the device looks promising, however it is HUGE. it is not easy to remove the visor from the add on component (kinda need clamps + strength). the demo guys had a lot of problems explaining how they implemented the interaction (hehe, i had to ask - little did they know i was a developer). it also allows you to use your visor as a phone (and, i tested it, speech + listening is possible) however it reminds of me the Qualcomm pdQ (brick). lets hope they work on this before they release it. size DOES matter.
