RE: Too little, too late
Users will only hold their breath for so long!
Likewise, with Launcher X - they sound like "vapourware" than anything else. Promises are made, but in the end, they have to compete with other launchers ... and the competing products are getting better and better!

SD / MMC Only?
...like SD/MMC ...
Does this mean to imply it can launch apps from compact flash in a visor springboard, or am I just hoping?
RE: SD / MMC Only?
You can also use SD/MMC reader Springboards.
The user manual is a bit obscure about Memory Card support. All references to memory cards are for SD and MMC. I tried to clarify this with Synergy Solutions and ran into a problem with the fact that this product hasn't been officially released (though it is on their website) so they aren't willing to talk about it.

Memory Stick Support?
RE: SD / MMC Only?
Do they claim generic VFS support? (If so, why specifically mention all the other types EXCEPT Memory Stick?)
PS: I sent them an e-mail with this comment/question and await their response.
RE: SD / MMC Only?
Well, that's not so bad, actually...

Launch 'Em bug ?!
Does it Support SD/MMC Card?
Synergy support states: "Hello Richard,
Launcher III always drops out to the native Launcher on card insertion.
When "Handle Card Insertion is disabled in LE, the next time LE is started it will defualt to the native Launcher. If your application doesn't launch in the native Launcher, there might be something else going wrong."
I had been using Launcher III prior to this latest version of Launch'em (both are registered) and after stating to Synergy they were wrong - now they aren't talking to me. In order to play Bubblet on my 515, I have to launch the native Palm Applications launcher and it works fine.
Launch'em doesn't work as well as Launcher III but how long do we have to wait for Launcher X which is the "killer" app?
Welcome aboard
I'll hold out for Launcher X, even if it's starting to look like vapor-ware.
RE: Welcome aboard
Since you are so nosey, I've been to the bathroom, the grocery store and Keflavik, Iceland.

RE: Welcome aboard
These handhelds have been out for a while now.
BTW: We're out of milk.
Launch'Em 3
has anybody else had any problems with this?
Launch'Em crashed my m505
Could anyone give me a hint?

Too little, too late
however, i used to love launch 'em, as a registered user, but they got way behind the game of megalauncher, silverscreen, and launcher III as far as VFS goes. they have been promising that mmc support would be coming "soon" for almost a year now, and they stopped replying to posts on their discussion forum about it for the last six months: http://pub14.ezboard.com/fsynergysolutionsinclaunchem
and the VFS support is still somewhat slow. in my mind it was too little, too late.
