Sadly few options exist at all, and only one company (to my knowledge) offers replacement T5 flip covers…Proporta. The folks at Proporta have developed a product that not only replaces the stock Tungsten T5 flip cover, but also surpasses it in many ways. After spending a few weeks using this product I am pleased to say it is a winner, and a product which I highly recommend. Read on for the full review.

No place for SD cards, or hidden? A true T5 Hard Case
I've just got an Innopocket PE0312 for my Tungsten T5 and I love it. It is made of andoized aluminum and it has cutouts for all buttons/slots.
Just like to advise against buying the "official" T5 hard case, don't get it, it is awful. It is far too wide because of the folding behind design, the T5 rattles inside, and nothing on the top edge; power button, SD Card, stylus, phone jack, IR, is accessible when it sits back. RE: Don't buy the PalmOne case !
I agree entirely. In addition the 'catch' on the Palm Hard Case wears surprisingly quickly, allowing the case to open of it's own accord. I bought the Hard Case just to get me through until some decent third party cases were released. I now am very happy with my Covertec leather case and Innopocket metal case.
