Cool, better then the $600 pricing that people were talking about. :-)
I'm just awaiting Verizon's announcement with bated breath. Now what's this about a TX2 release later this year? DECISIONS, DECISIONS!!! Isn't it nice to have to make a choice between more than a single Palm Inc. device for once (even though one is just a rumor ((but a very believable one)) and the other was just announced yesterday) ?

Verizon announcement, probably. Drop in EVDO prices, not a chance in hell. That said, I've heard nothing about a TX2, and I doubt there will be any new releases before the fall. RE: I hope Verizon announces soon-alongside a drop in EVDO rate plans
Adama; Take this one with a BOULDER-SIZED grain of salt.....

What is the rumor? I haven't heard anything lately. Longtime user, prefer PDA and Phone rather then TREO, and can think of lots of variations to the TX that would be very interesting. Certainly updated bluetooth and voice recorder. Better battery, screen. How about a camera (good one), built in GPS, or sliding keyboard. I'm not ready to switch to the dark side but I don't understand why we can't have more choices with Palm OS. Even an old and outdated OS. RE: TX2
