Quickies: ActionNames School, 16 MB i705, N710C, T-Series Case

iambic has released Action Names School Edition 1.0, a specialized version of ActionNames 5.x. To make it more appealing to students there are new icons, new default To-Do categories (now called "homework"), and new names for a few other functions (the Contact List is now a "friend list", etc.). -Jan Lund Thomsen

STNE Corporation is now offering to upgrade the i705 to 16 MB of RAM for $115. STNE does memory upgrades on most Palm OS handhelds. -Will

Today is the last day Sony will be offering its program to upgrade the operating system on the N710C to OS 4.1. One of the main benefits of this upgrade is the screen will be able to display 16-bit color. It costs $50 and the handheld must be sent off to Sony. -Mario

There is now a picture available of the T-series hardcase that InnoPocket will release next month. -Ed

While I realize this is mostly just sugarcoating the standard program, it's a HUGE market with significant consumer power... bright idea.

That said, I'm still a DateBk4 guy, get the beta version, it rocks.
