Technician. Easy conference is just that, Very easy. Great app with many neat features but the Easy conference makes three way calling effortless.

My Favorite and most used app would have to be the ebook reader PalmFiction. Convert your favorite font and this is hands down the best reader for the Palm OS.

Avantgo - great for the subway to and from work. I do a wireless sync on the way to the subway, and then have fresh content for my ride.

There are so many useful apps on my palm, but my favorite is Handmark's Solitaire. It's great for eating up time. The wife can shop happily once I find a comfortable seat and start a game (or a thousand games).

Calendar. With over ten years of input I'm the "go to guy" for historical information at work and around the family. Plus, it is common knowledge by those that know me, I'm on-time and know what's going on when I get there. Not always the case years ago.

My favorite Palm app is Splash ID. With all the various website passwords I've got to keep track of, it's nice to have them all safely locked up in one place where I can access them by remembering only one master PW. I also like the auto-generate password feature as well as the desktop one-click copy buttons.

DateBk5. Handspring was on to something when they decided to include DateBk3 as the default Calendar application on the Visor. DateBk5 offers so many useful features that should have been included in the standard PalmOS 5.4 Calendar app!

My favorite palm application is PocketQuicken. It lets me keep track of my finances while I am away from my computer.

Seemless (almost ;)) syncing with desktop Quicken, and I don't run out of money.

Avantgo: I have used it nearly every day for the last 5+ years, with a succession of 3 different PDAs. It works very well with my usage habits: I synch at the end of the work day and have a collection of fresh content for reading that evening on the commute or at home.

I'd say Agendus Pro. It's got many great views of all my most important information. All the same data as the stock PIM apps, but much better displays.

TCPMP (The Core Pocket Media Player) this program has given me hours of entertainment on what would otherwise have been an extremely boring flight. Thanks to the developers for such a great program.

Palm TT3 + TCPMP + The Return of the King = Hours of excitement

Plucker is my favorite app. I have a bunch of daily-updated feeds that I read, several news sources, several reference books, and even some novels in the reader. I always have something to read, and most of the time I have something new to read.

My most heavily used and favorite program is SplashID by SplashData. It is invaluable for keeping all my web logins handy, in addition to credit card numbers, frequent flyer numbers, etc. Well, that and the built-in Date Book application by Palm.

My favorite app on PalmOS is EReader - after 8 years of owning one PalmOS device or another, I spend more time reading ebooks than doing anything else. The freedom and ability to pack an entire library of reading in my pocket still blows my mind. Not having to turn pages and the ability to bookmark on the fly is pretty cool too. Guess I'm just a digital bookworm after all...

My favourite app on the Treo 650 is TMP, the best looking calendar app for Palm. It is easy to navigate one-handed and is extremely configurable. Even better now with the category and colour support!

My favorite is METRO. This is a Metro route finder with a great interface, includes points of interest, and does this for like a 100 cities.

It is hard to pick 1. Like your kids you can't pick a favorite.

But for productivity the best IMHO is HanDBase. They have continued to support the product and platform with newer versions from the start. Dave Haupert, keep up the good work.

Probably the most useful, if not the most often used, has to be Directory Assistance, a free replacement for 411, Mapquest, and a whole lot more. It is a no-fail yellow/white page directory for anyone or any business anywhere.

ZLauncher - I use it everyday and sometimes take it for granted. I could not imagine going back to the straight-out-of-the-box-launcher. I can configure so much within ZLauncher and let my creativity fly.

BTW, this site flies now! Saw-wheat!

For me, I probably use Avant Go the most. Never have to buy a newspaper. I can customize channels so I have a my own TV guide, weather report for various cities, and keep up with Palm Infocenter!!! I can use it in conjunction with Google News and track news on specific topics. I can follow tech news and follow Sci-Fi channel. And all this for free!

My favorite is Today by Jonas Lindstedt - A freeware app that replicates the Today screen. It is nicely done, and gives my Kyocera 7135 a spiffy, updated look. Software like this is what makes me a fan of the Palm OS.
