WebOS Programming Chapter 4 Now Available
Eager users and Mojo developers alike have been watching the gradual roll-out of Palm's new WebOS programming guidebook, "Palm webOS: Developing Applications in JavaScript Using the Palm Mojo Framework". Now Chapter 4 of the Rough Cuts work-in-progress version of the book has just been posted by Safari Books Online. Various purchase options, such as online, PDF and print book bundles are available from Safari. The dead tree version can also be pre-ordered on Amazon.
Published by O-Reilly Media and authohred by Palm's Vice President and Software CTO Mitch Allen alongside members of the WebOS Development Team, the book is expected to be released sometime in August, according to Amazon's pre-order page from our coverage last month. Chapter 4 of the book deals with the dialog boxes and various menu functions of WebOS.
