Sony Launches Site for Handheld Developers

Sony Electronics Inc. has launched its Sony Handheld Developer Web site which offers important information to third party hardware and software developers who want to make use of Sony's exclusive Jog Dial and Memory Stick slot featured on its forthcoming Palm-powered handhelds. It is free to anyone willing to register.

The site offers the latest Sony-related news and industry topics to everyone and registered users can access downloadable development tools like the latest SDK for the Jog Dial control and Memory Stick media and technical specifications for Memory Stick media and the Jog Dial control.
