PalmStation has updated their article on the rumored lawsuit against Aaron Ardiri and Gambit Studios to say that the lawsuit appears to have never existed. Hal-J said, "It seems that this rumor has been proven false, or at least anyone who would have attested to it's validity have now denied it " The now debunked rumor said that Mr. Ardiri and his company would be sued for damages caused by the Liberty Crack trojan horse that Mr. Ardiri has admitted to creating.
