Bookmarks Go Mobile with SyncIT and AvantGo

Posted By: Christie Campione on Tuesday, October 31, 2000 6:43:44 AM

SyncIT.com has announced an agreement with AvantGo to let Palm users sync their Internet bookmarks between their handhelds and desktops. AvantGo users will be able to add SyncIT.com's free application, BookmarkSync, as an AvantGo channel, so they can share the same list of Internet bookmarks no matter if they are using their PC or PDA. SyncIT works with Windows 95/98/NT/2K and MacOS.

I've only checked out the Windows side so far but this is pretty well done. Their servers are very fast and they have some great tools for cleaning up your links.
They're working on a Mac client too. They support AOL, Netscape and IE.
On to Palm ...
