PDA Offers is a new site created to help handheld software and hardware developers reach customers and offer them discounts. People can register at the site to receive regular email updates on the latest special offers. Those who have registered can also browse the site for discounts, which will range from 10% to 50% off a vendor's regular retail prices.

PDA Offers has already signed up quite a few vendor companies, including Electric Pocket, Thinking Bytes, NeoHand, Qvadis, and many more.

The company promises that their database of members will not be given, sold, or otherwise passed to any other agency, individual, or group.

PDA Offers is the brainchild of Howard Tomlinson, president and CEO of Astraware. "Our goal with PDA Offers is to bring together vendors and consumers and provide great benefits to both," said Mr. Tomlinson. "Vendors will now have another means of marketing their products, and consumers will benefit with being able to obtain the best mobile computing products at discounts they can't get anywhere else.
