Treo

The Treo is met with Complete Apathy on this site.

If it's not about sneak peeks at Sony devices, OS5 updates or stolen domain names, nobody seems to care.

They unleashed the ultimate communication device and nobody came.

Well... I think the Treo is an exciting concept, but they're about three versions away from having a truly remarkable product (16mb, color, etc).

Just my opinion!

Actually, the Treo already comes with 16MB. Next month HS will be releasing a color Treo as well. So, do you still think they are three versions away from remarkable?

Sadly, some one will eventually pipe in crying for hi-res. Honestly, only the asian languages require it. Us english speakers have no need for it other than seeing prettier pictures and games, hardly enterprise necessities.

I was really impressed with the monochrome Treo, and am intending to get a color Treo once they are released.

So I guess palm OS5 is only good for Asia market, it's definitely not for ,you,American because it will be 320x320 resolution.

In what way do the lack of interest in the Treo or its lack of a hi-res screen have to do with receiving a free one on Virgin Atlantic flights? (I'll answer: none at all. Everything here is sadly off-topic.)

320x480?

does the new version of silverscreen support virtual graffiti hiding? or is it gonna display in a 320x320 mode? and.... does it include support for jog dial?

That's what hi-res+ support means. If an app can't had the Graffiti area, it isn't hi-res+.
